NoteGit roadmap

This document is the working roadmap for NoteGit through 2026. It pairs a quarterly delivery plan with the release history that got us here, so anyone can see what is shipping, what is in flight, and what we have already delivered - all rendered directly from a markdown note.

Delivery plan

The plan below covers discovery through launch for the next two quarters. Dates assume a standard working week (weekends are excluded from durations), and downstream tasks are tied to their dependencies so the critical path stays honest as estimates move. The first two discovery tasks are complete, the design spike is active, and the public launch is tracked as a milestone.
